I will manage my time by researching ,looking for things. Ex:transportation,Charter buses location,cost,# of students,phone #'s(minimum 3),if we can take them.Hotels:the cost,# of students per room,# of rooms we can afford.University's:the cost,if we can tour,if we can afford to go to the ones we choose.Restaurants:cost,reservations,# of people allowed,what were going to eat what we could eat,if children are allowed.Also the entertainment where are we going, what we are going to need,can we as a group afford it,.Also gas money the buses will need at least 400 bucks because the cost of gas.what the students will be taking on the trip,what they could and cant.
